Edward Elric Taken -Edward Elric is the Fullmetal Alchemist. He is nicknamed Ed. He has a prosthetic automail arm and leg, is short (a very touchy subject for him), and is known for being the youngest State Alchemist. He is now 22 years old and has no recognition of the reacent events for the last 4 years. He has just returned from the gate along with Alphonse.

Alphonse Elric TAKEN -Alphonse, often nicknamed Al, is Fullmetal Alchemist's secondary protagonist; he is Edward's younger brother. For most of the series his soul is trapped in a large suit of armor, causing other characters throughout the series to confuse Al for the "Fullmetal" Alchemist. Alphonse is the calmer of the two, and can be seen as a foil to Edward's character.

Winry Rockbell TAKEN - Wiry is a mechanical expert who is a childhood friend of the Elrics. She, along with her grandmother Pinako, built Edward's automail, and she also helps maintain the automail when it gets broken. Her parents were killed during the war with Ishbal. Winry is know 22 years old and had a big role on the take down of Original Sin. She currently owns her own company in Rush Valley and supplies mechanisms to the military.

Roy Mustang TAKEN - Roy Mustang is known as the Flame Alchemist. His gloves are made of a special material, called ignition cloth, which allows him to create a spark by snapping his fingers. He then uses alchemy to change the oxygen density in the air with the help of transmutation circles on his gloves, causing a controlled explosion. He is Edward's direct superior officer in the military, but has his own goals and intentions in mind. His main goal is to become the Fuhrer, the leader of the military. Alot of things has happened to Roy Mustang. For further details please read the plots. He has just returned from the gate and his exact wereabouts are unknonwn. He to has no recognition of the reacent events.

Riza Hawkeye TAKEN ¡ªA hard-working member of the state military, and a loyal, capable aide to her superior officer, Mustang. She is especially proficient in the use of firearms. She is know Furher King Riza. She had a big role when it came to leading the rebels against Orginal Sin.

Scar TAKEN - One of the few surviving Ishbalans. His real name is never known, but he is referred to as "Scar" because of the X-shaped scar on his forehead. Scar's right arm, which is covered in an elaborate alchemical tattoo, was given to him by his brother shortly before he died. He believes himself to be an instrument of God, and kills State Alchemists by using alchemy to destroy their bodies from the inside, and can also use this power on inanimate objects as well.

King BradleyTAKEN -Known as the Fuhhrer, he is the military dictator of Amestris, holding the official political title of president (King is his first name). Although he seems to be quite easy-going and perhaps a little eccentric, he has the mind of a steel trap, and maintaining Amestris is his chief priority at all times. He is also renowned as an exceptional swordsman. He is now known as Wrath and has taken his role.

Hohenheim of LightDeacesed- The father of Edward and Alphonse Elric. He was a brilliant and well-known alchemist. He left Resembool when Al was a baby and Ed was very young. Ed holds a grudge against him for abandoning his mother. He died in the movie.

Izumi Curtis TAKEN- the powerful alchemist who took on the eager Elric brothers as students shortly after their mother's passing. The red tattoo on her chest is the same insignia that appears on Edward's coat and the left shoulder of Alphonse's armor. The insignia is passed on from teacher to student as Dante, Izumi's alchemy teacher, also displayed it. The symbol, the Flamel, a snake fixed on a cross, is the opposite of the Ouroboros worn by the Homunculi. It represents a fixation on the volatile principle in alchemy as opposed to the endless cycle represented by Ouroboros. The insignia is sometimes referred to as a flamel, in tribute to the famous alchemist Nicholas Flamel, and was one of the alchemical symbols placed on his tomb.

Lust TAKEN- Sultry and cool-headed, she is the first of the Homunculi encountered in the series. She has the power to extend her fingers into lances to use as a weapon.

GluttonyDeacesed- He is always eager to eat anything, or anyone, living or dead. The muscles in his jaws are also very powerful and his saliva is acidic, dissolving even the toughest metals to feed his ravenous appetite. He has the mentality of a child and has a very dependent nature, and has emotionally latched onto Lust and takes directions from her. Gluttony's Ouroboros tattoo was located on his tongue.

Sloth TAKEN- Sloth was created by the Elric brothers when they tried to resurrect their mother, Trisha Elric, and was thus the first of the Homunculi encountered in the series, albeit in an unrecognizable (and apparently inhuman¨Cshe only appeared briefly in the first episode as a hideous skull-like face with red eyes) form. For this reason she looks exactly like her, which triggers painful memories for the Elric Brothers and Hohenheim. While abducting Al, Sloth revealed how she suffers from being haunted by the memories of her "life" as Trisha, revealing as she believed killing the Elric Brothers should stop the pain and ensure Sloth that she is more than a shadow of the woman she was modeled after. However, she became a motherly figure toward Wrath, whose love for her was Sloth's downfall. After OS revived her she escaped and became very suicidal and tried to kill her self by evaporateing slowly. Schwarzwald came upon her and saved her. She is curently being revived in his lab in Xing.

Envy TAKEN-is arcastic, sadistic, and cold-hearted, Envy has the ability to change appearance. He hates mankind, viewing them as pitiful and weak.

Greed TAKEN - Greed is the second oldest of the Homunculi at the time of the story, younger than Envy. He was created by Dante through an attempted human transmutation of one of her former lovers. Greed and Envy became bitter rivals, probably due to their connections to Dante. At some point in Greed's past, he disobeyed and betrayed Dante and the other Homunculi in some matter. For this, Greed was sealed away in the 5th Laboratory by Envy. The seal that imprisoned Greed was maintained by the skull of the man Greed himself was created from; as remains of the original body paralyze a homunculi, this prevented Greed from simply using his great strength to break free

Pride Taken: A member of the Investigations Division and a good friend of Colonel Mustang and the Elric brothers. He wishes to push Mustang up to the position of Führer by working closely under him. Hughes loves his wife, Gracia, and is overly enthusiastic regarding his love for his daughter Elicia. He was killed by Envy and then brought back as a homunculus years later. He has taken the role of Pride and acts as a leader of the seven original homunculi.
