At last the day had come. June Christian, dressed in his regular tight khaki colored capris. With long brown hair stretching down his black tank top and clean shaven face it was no surprise that he caught the attention of many men he passed by. It wouldn't be the last time June was mistaken for a woman. Forcing back his beaming smile, he made his way right into Central HQ.
The building itself was very flawed. Who ever designed the structure was an idiot. There was no symmetry at all. June did give credit to the designer of their military outfits. Now that was something worth enjoying. Perfectly blue and symmetric on each sides. June would have loved to just sit there and enjoy the perfection of the outfits but he did not have the time. He was on a very important mission.
Going around the corner, out of the sight of any standing guards, June backed into the shadow of the wall. Taking the time to take off each piece of clothing individually, June then began the transformation. His figure began to morph. Black fur sprouted from his arms and legs. He suddenly fell on all fours as his feet and hands transformed into claws. A black tail sprouted from his back and his teeth sharpened. However for the most part he kept his human figure.
To all who might see him, he was simply a passing blur of flesh as he ran across the yard. When he reached a lower section of the building, he leaped into the air easily making it on top of the rooftop in one leap. From there he jumped up from one section to the other, until he was at the window outside the Fuherer's office. From there he charged in. Leaping in he did not waist the moment of surprise as his claws found their way into the Fuherer's back.
Blood poured out of his mouth as if he was trying to scream but couldn't. That would be thanks to the lungs June had crushed into. Sinking his sharp teeth into the neck of the Fuherer he snapped it, making sure of his death. The task had been completed.
Jumping out of the window he could hear the screams from inside the office as he made his way towards the city gate.

Sorrow, wearing a shrawl over her head, had been standing close by when June jumped out. "Chimera," she muttered, like the word was a curse word. "And what would a creature like you be trying to do to the Fuhrer?" She lifted her right hand, and slowly red lightning shot out, and rock like ice carved itself over her hand, forming claws. Ice began forming underneath her feet, and like a graceful ice skater, she sped down after June, keeping close to him.

June, still in half transformation, sped down the busy streets of central. As he passed one street after another he was not at all surprised by the man gasps of astonishment as he made his way through and over crowds. Not that it really mattered to June. The farther he got away from Central HQ the better things would be for him.
As he ran on all fours he couldn't help but feel the beast within. Whenever June transformed he found himself fighting back the animal instincts within him. Those instincts called for him to rip these pitiful creatures to shreds. To sink his teeth in their warm juicy flesh... June found himself shaking away those thoughts again as he cut into the alley out of sight from the busy crowds and back into the shadows.
June knew what it was like to let the beast take control. If it wasn't for Miss Jade... June didn't even want to finish the thought. June rested in the darkness as he transformed back into his human form. As he stood in the shadows he looked very much like a woman. If it wasn't for a certain appendage most would have thought him to be one. Glancing behind the trash can he spouted what he was looking for. A simple purple colored velvet dress. Pulling it over his figure he threw the black shawl over his shoulders. June took the form of his alias, Rose.

Hydra fanned his face lightly with his hat; a few beads of sweat rolled down the pale skin that at the moment was just a bit flushed. The boy had fallen from the roof of his house, and healing that amount of internal damage took a lot more out of him than Hydra was expecting, that and it caused him a large amount of pain, like always. There seemed to be a commotion going on somewhere in the city, but he certainly didn't want to get involved, not at the moment anyways.
Before he could commit to moving in the direction opposite trouble, a figure zipped past him, even with the brief glance he could tell it was a chimera. He had done quite a bit of chimera research in his alchemy days. Slipping his hat on and readjusting his tweed jacket, he stuck his left hand in his pocket and the arm hang limp as he moved to grab his umbrella he saw another person pass, this one had ice around it.
"I suppose I have to find out whats going on here." he muttered to himself as he grabbed his umbrella that was leaning on the door of the building he had just left. Sliding the lock by the handle and pushing the shaft up slightly with his thumb, he made sure he could easily draw the sword concealed inside if a fight broke out and he couldn't run away. Satisfied, he locked the blade back in place and set out to see if he could find were the two ran off to and to figure out just what was going on in Central.

Sorrow zoomed past the passerbyes, well aware they were seeing her. But then again, they didn't not see her face, nor did it concern her that she was being looked at. After all, she was chasing after a chimera, who was startling and shocking just as many people as she was. Humans, she thought with a sigh. They always have to make things more dramatic than needed. As Sorrow chased the chimera, she noticed it was more of a cat-like creature, not a dog. Taking note of this, she began to ponder what a chimera was doing in Central, and why it had killed the Fuhrer. Perhaps, she thought, this beast works with the Cretan government. It would make sense that those low-lives would try a devilish trick like that. They can't even face their enemy with one look. Her ice claw, fueled by her icy rage of disgraceful behavior, grew larger, with sharp edges poking out of the back of the claw's hand, and the claw figures grew longer and sharper. It caught the homunculus off guard when the chimera disappeared, but then again, Sorrow knew from the position it took that it had to have slipped into an alley. Jumping up, larger, powerful wings of ice flew out of her back, chilling the air and making the area much colder. Sorrow, with her claw and wings, flew into the alley, blocking the way. She wasn't shocked to see a woman standing in the alley, but she knew, just knew that it was the chimera. After all, where else could it have gone? "Chimera," she spoke in a low voice, that could make people mistake her for a young boy, "what are you doing here? What is your purpose?"

June had not been aware of the woman following him. However the surprise at the challenging question posed by said woman did not show on his face. Crossing his arms he found himself at a lost of what exactly should he do. He didn't want a fight. No Miss Jade had been very specific about what he was to do. He was to complete the assassination than skedaddle.
However this woman seemed to have been chasing him. That was the only answer he could find to her mysterious appearance and accusations. The best he could do was try to talk himself out of this said situation. "That awful creature that just leaped that fence in a single leap!" June ran over to the woman a look of horror on his. He spoke with a soft voice that could have belonged to either a guy or a woman so it did nothing to hinder his appearance.
Running over to the woman June stopped as she turned to gaze at the fence. In fact with the trash can kicked over on the other side of the fence it was likely that the chimera might have crossed over the fence. "It was a strange cat like creature! Oh it was simply horrendous. "

Sorrow was rather taken aback by the woman's approach. Her purple eyes narrowed darkly, and she glanced quickly over to the fence. She'll admit it, half of her wanted to believe this woman's claims. But the other half, the side Miser had trained, was suspicious. He, being the horrible gangster leader he was, had no problems endangering another's life to get what he wanted. He had told Sorrow time and time again that human beings will lie, cheat, and steal their way to the top. So, coldly, she once more regarded the woman.
"Your act is touching," Sorrow replied, "but how do I know you're not the chimera I'm after?" She held out her ice claw in a treatening fashion. "If you don't mind, I'd like to ask you some questions. First, if the chimera came through here, why didn't you run for help? Second, what are you doing here in a dark and spooky alley without anyone else around? Third, what makes you think I'm the good guy?"
To the final question, she jerked off her shrawl with her ice-free hand, revealing the cold, purple eyes with reptilian slits and the red Ouroborous tattoo branded on her cheek.

Lillian knew she stood out in a crowd, so of course she was naturally curious to find out who the people were that made everyone ignore her. Surely there had to be something interesting about them if people found her interesting. Then again, many things people seemed to find interesting held little to no interest to her while things she was interested in seemed rather boring or incomprehensible to others. She did not understand this, but she was still learning many things. Many of those things were things she assumed she likely knew before whatever happened to her memory had occurred.
Unfortunately, one of the things she lost was common sense, though not having it kept her from realizing it was missing so the thought of walking into the nearby alley to see what was going on with the two figures that had entered already. One of them was odd from the small glimpse she had caught, almost inhuman while the other appeared to be an alchemist. So far, alchemists were all very odd people from her encounters with them.
The odd creature thing was also intriguing, and although she had barely caught a glimpse as it entered the alley, her memory allowed her to perfectly recall everything she had seen and the memory of its back did make her curious. Of course, the site when she entered the alley was also interesting. She had seen the symbol on the cheek of the woman and recognized it. She could tell there were some memories related to the symbol missing, but she also felt sorrow and pity for the woman.
“You bear the symbol of those who are no longer complete. That explains why everyone found you so interesting as you ran past.” It never occurred to her that the display of alchemy and the odd appearance of the other one, wherever it went, may have been the cause of the interest. She had seen far too much alchemy to think it was a rare sight. Still, such a being saddened her nonetheless.

Having not run to keep up with the two oddities, Hydra arrived to the alley party late. Leaning against the opening of the alley he watched the scene in silence, Wasn't there only two? he thought to himself as he heard the girl whom he was pretty sure was not one of the ones he had seen running down the road commenting on a mark on the face of the ice girl. That's a rather down way to put it... He thought as she described it as not being complete.
She must be a homunculus too. Hydra had not met many in his travels, since Amestris banned them from the military. He glanced to the other two with his green slitted eyes, the chimera was either gone or had shifted out of its more animal form. He hadn't gotten a good look at all of the Chimera, and either the girl talking about being incomplete or the figure he was pretty sure was a girl could have been it. There was a lot of bustle over at the Military HQ building, he couldn't help but wonder Just what the hell is going on?

June did not like the situation. He did not like all these filthy people with their odd appearances and ugly figures. They were no where as near to perfect as they should have been. June had expected his ploy to work on the individual with the ice techniques. He had expected some questions, but not the final comment she made.
June weighed his options. He really didn't like this situation nor the alley he was stuck in. There weren't many places for him to run. He could backtrack and sprint down the alley and over the fence. But that would only further the chase. The way he wanted to go was blocked by said individual. However before he could really even answer any of Lady Ice's questions another appeared.
It seemed the answer to her predicament appeared with this new comer. She had appeared just before the arrival of a third person. "Just how many people are going to follow me?" June asked himself. The third had been chasing him from the beginning but he had not noticed the third during the chase. It seemed there would be no going back the way he had come.
June used the curiosity of the very pale girl to back up a few steps. Glancing around he tried to find another route out of this place. He wanted to just give everyone the slip while they were focused on the very pale girl. Taking another step backward June at last found what he was looking for. A back door. There wasn't certainty that the door would be open, but June had to take the chance. If he broke out in a run he would bring everyone's attention back to him. So he simply back peddled keeping his eye on the three all the while.
When at last he came to the door of a building he reached behind and tried the handle. It was unlocked! June opened the door, but when he did a scream erupted from inside. June cursed his luck. There was no way the three did not hear that scream.

Sorrow did not like the idea of human beings standing behind her. Narrowing her eyes, she glared daggers at the one who called her not complete. This appearance, this gift, was given to her by her father, and though she did not like being a homunculus merely because of the treatment they receive, she had felt grateful to what her father tried to do. After all, she never would have been in this situation if that cursed alchemist hadn't stolen her father's research and killed him for good measure.
Thinking of the alchemist made her burn with white, icy rage. She was ready to jump on anyone who would bring up another cruel comment and slash them to pieces. However, she focused her eyes on the woman, making sure not let her out of her sight. She noticed a little bit of backtracking, but it did not concern her until she hear the scream.
The chimera was trying to escape! Angrily, with grinded teeth, she slashed her iced claw threw the air, sending out spikes of ice out. In the climate of Central, ice would normally not exist well, but Sorrow was smart enough to use dry ice. The kind that burns.
As the first five air projectiles went whirling to the woman/chimera, Sorrow's icy wings lifted, spitting out their own dry ice missiles at the two bystanders.

Lillian was too close for any single tactic to work once the fighting had begun. Initially she had thought only the odd man in the alley was the target of the incomplete one before her, but she knew that was wrong as soon as she saw wings starting to move. In this case, alchemy and her whip would be needed, though the recognition of what she had to do was also another revelation of how intelligently designed her arsenal had been put together by whoever the one who had written the notes to her had been done.
A smooth flick of the wrist and her whip was out, a flick and twist and a spiral-like shape was made between her and the quickly incoming projectiles. She activated the alchemical void around the barely visible whip and watch as the ice acted as if hitting an impenetrable wall. The physics were simple, the way the void was made to work pushed everything out. If the center of the void had been anything else, the ice would have pushed the whip’s deadly strand back toward her, but being dual bands of graphene so close together a casimir was created which gave the void nearly limitless energy. Comparatively, the energy from the weight and speed of the ice was so insignificant that it would not be able to overcome the difference to make the whip move from an impact. The handle was essentially the only thing capable of directly controlling the whip itself other than potentially something with the gravity of a black hole and even then she was unsure if it would be the black hole affecting the blade or the handle. Sadly, she would never encounter one so it was a theory she would not be able to test.
Still, an interesting though for her. Even so, she was still more focused on the battle and decided more space would be a good idea and dropped back deftly to a more defensible range. She was unsure whether the attack was an actual attack or a predatory response because she was present and near the odd man the incomplete one was had attacked. She wondered why the incomplete one was attacking the man. Even Lillian recognized the clothes he was wearing were generally only worn by women, though she did not know whether that was considered sufficient enough reason to attack. Of course, the idea that we was trying to pass himself off as a woman was always there. Such a feint was humorous to her though if it was true. There was simply no way anyone who actually got a look at him could be fooled. The positioning of his hips in his pelvic region alone should be sufficient enough to dispel such a ruse. If that wasn’t enough there were plenty more indicators on his face and his head that all pointed toward him being a male. Granted, they were less pronounced than those of the average man, but even so she thought such things were obvious.
Though it wouldn’t be the first time something she thought obvious was beyond the comprehension or sensory levels of those around her. She sometimes wondered whether others were simply defective or she merely paid attention. There were always so many questions in her mind, never enough answers. Combat was almost enjoyable in that regard. At least there she could tell where an attack would land, the force an object would impart upon impact and other equations. Combat was so much clearer even if less desirable. Just another tradeoff she supposed. Life seemed full of those.
